Easy Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Rare Forms Performance Blend
  • 2 tbsp organic whole milk
  • 1 organic banana
  • 75g organic rolled jumbo oats
  • 3 organic free range eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp organic butter

Method

  • 1Blend the ingredients for approximately 2 minutes
  • 2Heat a pan and melt a little butter
  • 3Ladle in 2-3 ladles of batter leaving space in between each
  • 4Cook for 1-2 mins until underside is golden
  • 5Flip and cook for an extra minute
  • 6Serve in stacks with maple syrup & fruit
